Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer in Australia to lead the delivery of high-priority creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production. You will manage projects from brief through final delivery, guiding other designers and contributing to QA and process improvements.

You will oversee diverse formats and channels, ensuring brand consistency and production readiness while applying strong creative and technical judgement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital content, creative production or related field.
• Ability to independently manage complex creative projects with strong creative and technical judgement.
• Experience producing content across multiple formats and channels with understanding of production requirements and brand consistency.
• Strong QA skills with attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
• Experience guiding and supporting other designers or team members.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production.
• Interpret briefs and translate objectives into effective concepts and production-ready assets.
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery with stages of development, reviews and QA.
• Create assets across formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support multimedia production activities including photography, filming, editing, motion, animation and studio content.
• Review work for quality, suitability and production readiness; provide guidance to teammates.
