Job summary

Aquent is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for its Health and Wellness in-house creative team in Western Sydney. You will own end-to-end design briefs, shaping the visual identity of a growing product portfolio across packaging, digital assets and print collateral.

You will edit short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and on-brand execution. The role emphasizes collaboration, speed, and using AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven background in regulated industries (Health/Pharma/FMCG) with high attention to detail and compliance.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Skilled in using generative AI tools and prompting techniques to improve design efficiency.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to make a significant impact within an established in-house creative team for a Health and Wellness brand.

As a key contributor, you will take full end-to-end ownership of design briefs, driving the visual identity of a growing portfolio of products. Your work will directly influence how consumers engage with essential health and wellness solutions, from initial concept to final execution across various media - with experience in regulated industries and print, digital and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, design and produce high-quality assets across product packaging, labelling, digital marketing, trade/POS materials and print collateral.
• Assemble, edit, and polish short-form digital video builds, TVCs, and TVRs using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (videography skills not required).
• Ensure all artwork strictly adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks.
• Utilise AI prompting and creative AI tools to enhance design efficiency and speed up workflow processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects via Monday.com, collaborating directly with product and marketing leads in dynamic briefing and micro-meetings.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven background working in a regulated industry (e.g., Health, Pharma, Complementary Medicines, FMCG, Legal, or Banking) where extreme attention to detail and strict compliance are paramount.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Skilled in utilising generative AI tools and prompt techniques to drive design efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to turn around compliant, accurate, and high-quality creative at a fast pace within high-volume campaign cycles.
• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and target-driven direct-response marketing frameworks - delivering effective, on-brand assets without needing to reinvent the wheel.
