Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the delivery of high-priority creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production. You will manage projects end-to-end, applying strong creative and technical judgement to meet brand and production requirements.

You will provide guidance to other designers, support QA, and contribute to improving standards, workflows and production processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex multimedia projects across print, digital and motion.
• Proven ability to manage briefs from concept to delivery with brand consistency.
• Strong eye for quality, production readiness and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality creative content across print, digital, social, motion, video and studio production.
• Interpret briefs and translate business objectives into effective concepts and production-ready assets.
• Lead projects from brief through development, reviews, revisions, QA and final delivery.
• Create assets across formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support production activities including photography, filming, editing, motion and studio content.
• Review work for quality and production readiness; ensure accuracy.
• Guide and support Multimedia Designers to resolve creative and technical challenges.
