Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Engineer to design, develop and support integrations across MuleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake and AWS services, ensuring reliable data exchange across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and platform engineers to deliver scalable integration solutions, monitor incidents and continuously improve integration capabilities within our Managed Services framework.

Qualifications

5+ years experience delivering and supporting enterprise integrations in complex environments.
3+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
Experience developing and supporting REST APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.
Experience integrating SAP, ServiceNow, data platforms and cloud applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving API, interface, integration and production support issues.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, support and enhance enterprise integrations delivered through the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Develop and support reusable APIs that enable secure and reliable integration between SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI and other platforms.
Support integrations between SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and connected applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and platform engineers to meet business requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents and outages within SLAs.
Support integration services across development, test and production environments to ensure reliability and performance.
