Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design, develop and support enterprise integrations across MuleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI and AWS-based services. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and platform engineers to deliver scalable integration solutions in a managed services setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering and supporting enterprise integrations in complex environments.
• 3+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.
• Experience integrating SAP, ServiceNow, data platforms and cloud applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for API, interface and production support.
• Experience in a Managed Services environment delivering against SLAs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support and enhance enterprise integrations via MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop reusable APIs enabling secure integration between SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI and other platforms.
• Support integrations between SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and connected apps.

The role is responsible for the support, enhancement and optimisation of integrations delivered through the Digital Services Platform, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements and are delivered within NRI’s managed services framework. You will design, develop and support enterprise integration capabilities across MuleSoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI, AWS-based services and other connected business applications, enabling the reliable exchange of information across the enterprise landscape.
What you’ll do

• Design, develop, support and enhance enterprise integrations delivered through the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop and support reusable System, Process and Experience APIs that enable secure and reliable integration between SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI and other enterprise platforms.
• Support and maintain integrations between SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and connected business applications.
• Work with business stakeholders, application support teams, architects and platform engineers to deliver integration solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents, interface failures and data processing issues in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Support integration services across development, test and production environments, ensuring reliability, performance and operational stability.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience delivering and supporting enterprise integrations in complex application environments.
• 3+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms including SAP, ServiceNow, data platforms and cloud applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving API, interface, integration and production support issues.
• Experience working within a Managed Services environment delivering services against operational service levels and customer expectations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, change management and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong documentation and quality assurance practices, including technical specifications, testing, deployment procedures and operational support documentation.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Ariba or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Datadog, Nexthink or enterprise observability platforms
