Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school improvement initiatives aligned to the strategic plan.

• Lead MTSS and Precision Teaching interventions.
• Coordinate professional learning for staff.
• Coach staff in behaviour support and data-informed practice.
• Teach demonstration lessons.
• Contribute to school leadership and policies.
