Job summary

Infinite Finance in Australia seeks a Senior Broker Support Assistant to deliver high-quality finance applications and an exceptional client experience across the loan process. You will work with Finance Brokers, support staff, clients, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure a seamless, compliant journey.

The role requires advanced customer service, strong data entry, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. Mortgage broking or financial services experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service and strong communication skills.
• Excellent data entry and document handling abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Previous experience in mortgage broking or financial services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and application management using Flex, Broker Engine, and Apply Online.
• Manage MIRs, valuations, pricing requests, credit reports and approvals.
• Ensure quality and compliance of all submissions per NCCP standards.
• Process loan documentation including Letters of Offer and Mortgage Documents.
• Coordinate settlements with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and builders.
• Liaise with client solicitors to confirm documents are signed and returned.
