Job summary

ING Bank (Australia) Limited is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to lead portfolio optimisation and pricing strategy for our mortgage business. You will report to the Product Area Lead, Pricing & Credit Risk, Mortgages, and use data-driven insights to drive profitable growth and deliver value for customers and the business.

The role concentrates on forecasting portfolio and revenue performance, enhancing pricing through advanced analytics and lifecycle modelling, and shaping pricing decisions

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in banking portfolio management, mortgage pricing, retail banking, or consulting within financial services.
Strong pricing, profitability, and portfolio economics knowledge.
Proficient in SQL, Python, SAS or similar data tools.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-led insights and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio optimisation across the mortgage value chain.
Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve profitability.
Forecast portfolio and revenue performance.
Enhance pricing sophistication through analytics, lifecycle modelling, and executive-level business case development.
