The Senior Product Manager, Mortgage Digitisation, drives end-to-end digitisation from lead to settlement with a broker-led emphasis, working across squads, PO, BA and tech to land complex initiatives that boost Time to Yes and broker satisfaction.

The role balances strategic direction with hands-on delivery, focusing on origination platforms, integrations and automation to deliver measurable outcomes for brokers and customers.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital lending journeys.
• Strong understanding of broker channels and how to improve broker experience and conversion.
• Strategic leader who can shape direction and stay deeply involved in execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mortgage origination digitisation strategy end-to-end and prioritise high-impact epics.
• Lead delivery of origination initiatives and act as the face of the business across squads and governance forums.
• Own broker-led origination outcomes with a focus on Time to Yes and straight-through processing.
• Guide platform enhancements and integrations across the lead-to-settlement journey.
• Translate strategy into shipped outcomes with cross-functional collaboration.
• Champion customer and broker experience, reducing friction and driving growth.
