Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and modelling capability, with proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or similar data tools.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-led insights and executive communication.
• Degree qualified in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or related field.

What you'll do

• Lead portfolio optimisation across the mortgage value chain, identifying key performance drivers and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies that improve profitability, reduce attrition, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Optimise balance sheet performance through margin management, ROE improvement, and cost-to-serve insights.
• Forecast portfolio and revenue performance, providing strategic recommendations based on emerging trends and market dynamics.
• Enhance pricing sophistication through advanced analytics, lifecycle modelling, and executive-level business case development.

What we're looking for
