Job summary

Finance Advisory Co in Adelaide CBD is seeking an experienced Permanent, Full-Time Senior Broker Assistant / Credit Analyst to join our growing team, commencing February 2027. You will manage the processing side of the business, prepare credit assessments for broker review, and project-manage applications from lodgement through to settlement.

Working under Mortgage Brokers, you will liaise with lenders, clients and third-party professionals, maintain files and compliance, and have a clear path

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage broking or lending industry.
• Certification in finance and mortgage broking; MFAA/FBAA eligibility is a plus.
• Familiarity with broker CRMs and lender policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit assessments and serviceability calculations.
• Review client financials, payslips, tax returns and bank statements.
• Lodge and manage finance applications to settlement.
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs and third-party professionals.
• Maintain accurate files and compliance records.
