Qualifications

• Preferably within an IT managed service provider, with approx. 2 years’ experience in a similar Mobility role.
• Excellent knowledge of iOS and Android along with good working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS, and Enterprise applications.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clients' EMM systems.
• Problem-solve technical issues for customers to demonstrate product benefits.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience for Datacom's EMM customer base.
