Job summary

Perilya Limited in Adelaide seeks an experienced Operations and Safety Manager to oversee performance, strategic planning, and HSE excellence across our mining operations. You will partner with site leadership and corporate teams to drive safe, productive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Based at our Adelaide CBD Head Office with travel to operating sites, you will review life‑of‑mine plans, manage risk, lead improvement programs, and provide clear reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining operations, HSE leadership and continuous improvement.
• Ability to review Life of Mine plans and operating plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and performance analysis across sites.
• Review Life of Mine plans, operating forecasts and improvement initiatives.
• Lead HSE matters including risk management and incident reviews.
• Support capital and project delivery across the business.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
