Hudson is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our established resources organisation supporting mining projects and managing a portfolio of complex commercial contracts.

The role requires hands-on end-to-end contract management, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work with project teams and external contractors in a fast-paced environment. A tertiary qualification in Law or related discipline is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing contracts end-to-end in mining or resources sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in Law, Procurement, Business, Commerce or related discipline desirable.
• Proven track record handling high-value contracts and procurement activities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage contracts through full lifecycle from tender to close-out.
• Lead procurement and tender processes, including evaluations and negotiations.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project and operational stakeholders.
• Manage contractor performance, variations, claims, disputes and risk.
• Support project teams with contract governance and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes and procurement processes.
