Glencore’s Mt Owen/Glendell Operations in the Hunter Valley NSW seeks an experienced Contracts Coordinator to lead the source-to-contract process within the Commercial team. You will report to the Supply & Contracts Superintendent, work Monday to Friday on dayshift, and guide tendering, evaluations and contract documentation.

The role requires mining contracting experience, tertiary qualifications in law/business/commercial, and strong negotiation skills; SAP experience is advantageous in a

Qualifications

Must have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong safety focus.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills with external stakeholders.
Extensive experience in contracting discipline and supplier/vendor performance management.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prepare Request for Tender documentation and contract formation.
Evaluate quotations and tenders; negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
Lead cross-functional conformance with tenders and contracts policies.
Coordinate site activities to ensure timely maintenance and goods delivery.
