You will support procurement, purchasing and contract management activities across the operation, collaborating with Department Managers, Contracts and Legal teams, and suppliers to deliver robust commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining procurement, contracts or logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in procurement systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing vendor engagement, supplier evaluations and onboarding activities.
• Coordinating RFQs, tender processes and commercial evaluations.
• Supporting contract owners through procurement and lifecycle activities.
• Ensuring compliance with approvals, frameworks and governance.
• Maintaining procurement documentation and records.
• Assisting with contract reviews, variations and performance activities.
• Collaborating with operational stakeholders to secure goods and services.
• Supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting.
