Job Description

Lead Dynamics Business Central implementations from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. As the functional resource, provide expertise and guidance to the implementation team, conduct discovery workshops, and engage with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and tailor solutions. Facilitate scoping workshops to accurately capture customer needs and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Lead pre-sales presentations and functional discussions to showcase Dynamics Business Central’s capabilities. Create design documentation for client approval and prepare as-built documentation. Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate project sprints, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery. Deliver training, workshops, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Discovery: Conduct discovery workshops, understand supply chain processes, identify pain points, and build rapport.
• Solution Design and Scoping: Lead scoping workshops, document requirements, create functional specifications, and design documentation.
• Pre-Sales Support: Lead presentations and discussions, articulate value propositions, and demonstrate solutions.
• Implementation Execution: Coordinate project sprints, manage resources, mitigate risks, and prepare documentation.
• Training and Mentorship: Deliver end-user training, act as a mentor, and promote continuous learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamics Business Central features and improve implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations, customizations, and configurations.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain modules, procurement, manufacturing, order management, warehouse management, etc.
• Proven project leadership from initiation to completion.
• Experience in discovery workshops, scoping, and pre-sales presentations.
• Strong functional expertise in Dynamics modules and integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing, MRP, or advanced warehousing projects is advantageous.
