Job summary

• Capacity management at level 4: monitor and address shortfalls, help capacity planning.
• IT Infrastructure level 4: apply procedures, plan maintenance, and automate provisioning.
• Problem management level 4: initiate, investigate, and implement fixes and preventatives.
• Programming/software development level 3: design, code, test, and document moderately complex components.
• Systems design level 5: design large/complex systems and assess risks.
• Systems installation and removal level 5: lead installation/removal projects and quality planning.

Responsibilities

• Administering and optimising the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Copilot).
• Investigating and resolving complex SharePoint and 365 issues with practical options.
• Supporting configuration, validation and governance for 365 services.
• Monitor performance, service health and changes affecting users and operations.
• Maintain 365 security, compliance and Purview governance controls.
