NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Manager at Gosford Hospital to lead the Microbiology service. You will guide operations, mentor staff and drive innovation while delivering high-quality diagnostic services for the Central Coast region.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders to support patient care and service development in a dynamic public health environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Science/Medical Laboratory Science with microbiology relevance.
• Proven leadership and operational management experience in a laboratory setting.
• Demonstrated quality improvement, risk management and accreditation experience.
• Strategic thinker with networks in pathology and public health systems.
