Job summary

Mai-Wel Limited is recruiting a Senior Mentor to support parents with young children under six within the Parent Pathways Program. The role combines mentoring, case management and community engagement across the Upper Hunter region, with travel between Muswellbrook, Singleton, and outreach sites.

You will develop tailored action plans, connect families with services, and promote program goals while building strong partnerships with local employers and organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment or community services is required.
• Proven ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in a community setting.
• Ability to develop tailored action plans with regular reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred mentoring, coaching and case management.
• Support parents to overcome barriers by connecting to services.
• Develop tailored action plans and monitor progress.
• Promote the Parent Pathways Program across the Upper Hunter region.
• Build partnerships with employers and community organisations.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance.
