Job summary
Rio Tinto in Pannawonica, WA, is seeking a Senior Superintendent Planning & Engineering to lead the MEM Planning & Engineering team and deliver safe, reliable asset performance across site operations.
You will drive fleet maintenance strategy, plan and scheduling, and partner with operations and central teams to improve plant reliability while living a residential lifestyle on a 9-day fortnight roster.

Qualifications
- Experience leading planning, maintenance or asset management in mining or similar.
- Proven capability in safety-critical environments.
- Budgeting, forecasting and performance management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEM Planning & Engineering team with strong safety culture.
- Drive maintenance plans aligned with production requirements.
- Coordinate 24-hour and weekly maintenance plans and inputs.
- Oversee work management governance and asset standards.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance and central teams to improve reliability.
- Monitor performance via KPIs, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and financial outcomes; lead root cause analysis.
