rebel, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a Senior Media Marketing Manager to lead media investment, performance marketing and customer acquisition for rebel across paid, owned and emerging channels. You"ll own a multimillion-dollar budget and guide a specialist team from our Rhodes Support Office in Sydney.

This role requires strategic leadership with deep expertise in paid search, social, programmatic, SEO and affiliate channels, plus strong collaboration with marketing, CRM and agency

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading performance marketing and media investment in retail or omnichannel environments.
• Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO and affiliate channels.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead rebel's media strategy, planning and investment to drive profitable growth across stores and eCommerce.
• Own a multimillion-dollar media budget, optimizing investment across search, social, video, affiliate, programmatic and emerging channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data-led performance marketing initiatives.
• Partner with marketing, CRM, loyalty, agencies and platform partners to maximise media effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing media team while championing innovation, AI and future media capabilities.
