• Proven experience influencing stakeholders and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy, planning and investment to drive growth across stores and eCommerce.
• Own a multimillion-dollar media budget across search, social, video, affiliate, programmatic and emerging channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data-led performance marketing.
• Partner with marketing, CRM, loyalty, agencies and partners to maximize media effectiveness.
