You will own a multimillion-dollar budget and manage a specialist team, shaping paid, owned and emerging channels.

The role demands strategic leadership, deep channel expertise across paid search, social, programmatic and SEO, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

• Extensive experience leading performance marketing and media investment in retail/eCommerce.
• Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO and affiliate channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with managing significant budgets and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate data, platforms and insights into clear business actions.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and develop high-performing teams.

• Lead media strategy, planning and investment to drive profitable growth across stores and eCommerce.
• Own a multimillion-dollar media budget, optimise investment across search, social, video and programmatic.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data-led marketing initiatives.
