Job summary

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience managing mining/heavy industrial projects.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with proven delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Surface maintenance project experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, maintenance, operations and contracting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple mechanical projects across surface maintenance.
• Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion and close-out.
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams, maintenance personnel and site stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with site standards.
• Provide leadership across assets including concentrator tanks, hydro infrastructure and smelter facilities.
• Support handover, commissioning and close-out activities.
