Career Collective is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead diverse building design projects in a hybrid Tampa, Florida setting. You will mentor engineers, oversee concepts through construction, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, client management, and technical excellence in mechanical building systems, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and grow the engineering practice.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an architectural/engineering (A/E) consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success managing engineering projects from design through construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building systems and understanding of related disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for mechanical system design.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, supporting technical development and career growth.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service.
• Review engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to team growth.
