Job summary

Arup Australia is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Data Centres in Sydney. You will lead the design, implementation and optimization of high‑density mechanical systems for mission‑critical facilities, guiding projects from concept design through construction and commissioning.

You will mentor engineers, influence best practice across the MEP team and deliver resilient, sustainable solutions for hyperscale facilities, campus expansions and retrofits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering mechanical building services projects in a consulting engineering environment.
• Exposure to data centres, mission-critical facilities or complex technical buildings.
• Strong leadership, coordination of multidisciplinary teams and mentorship of engineers.

Responsibilities
