AECOM is seeking a Lead Materials and Durability professional to provide technical leadership across Queensland and scale capability globally. You will build a Brisbane-based team, assume key client relationships, and shape the practice with senior colleagues across advisory, transportation, water and energy, delivering durable infrastructure solutions on major projects.

The role will set technical standards, supervise early career professionals, and drive high-integrity solutions.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy or related discipline.
• 10+ years in materials, corrosion, durability or asset integrity.
• Chartered Engineer or professional body membership.

Responsabilidades

• Build a Brisbane-based team to meet a growing pipeline of work.
• Take over current commissions and client relationships in Queensland.
• Grow the practice's client base in Queensland, including TMR, Seqwater, port authorities, etc.
• Supervise and develop early career professionals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Transportation, Water and Energy Business Lines.
• Set the technical standard for the practice and review the works it issues.
• Provide technical advice, control and assurance on major projects.
• Undertake condition assessments and forensic investigations.
• Prepare repair, remediation and rehabilitation design solutions.
• Lead proposals and provide technical inputs to major bids.
• Represent through EA, ACA, ACRA, AMPP, CIA and other selected associations.
