Job summary

Profectus, Canberra-based, seeks Master Schedulers to build and maintain an integrated master schedule for a major registry modernisation program within an Australian Government agency. The program spans more than 20 projects across three workstreams, combining agile release plans with milestone delivery.

You will baselining schedules, manage change, analyze critical paths and hand scheduling practices to the agency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in planning and scheduling on large, multi-project programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong ability to explain risks to executives.
• Experience integrating Agile tools with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across workstreams and partners.
• Provide timely view of progress, milestones and upcoming deliverables to stakeholders.
• Run schedule baselining, change control, critical path and dependency analysis.
• Integrate agile release plans with milestone-based program schedules.
• Produce schedule reports, forecasts and scenario analyses for governance.
• Design, build and maintain planning tools and processes.
• Identify schedule risks early and support recovery planning.
• Train and pair with agency scheduling/PMO staff.
• Document scheduling standards, tools and procedures.
