Job summary

Just Digital People in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Martech Engineer to shape and improve its marketing technology and customer data ecosystem. This is a hands-on senior technical role focused on connecting platforms, improving digital measurement, and ensuring customer data flows reliably across a complex technology environment.

You’ll work across engineering, analytics and marketing teams to build scalable integrations and help evolve the organisation’s martech capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across integration engineering, martech, digital analytics, or customer data.
• At least 3 years operating in a senior or lead technical capacity.
• Strong experience with digital measurement, event instrumentation, tagging and server-side tracking.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CDPs, CRM systems or marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise integrations across marketing technology, CRM, analytics and customer data platforms.
• Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, event streams and data pipelines to support reliable data collection and activation.
• Improve digital measurement, event instrumentation, tagging and server-side tracking across web, app and other digital channels.
• Work with tools and platforms such as CDPs, GA4, tag management systems and marketing automation solutions.
• Help ensure customer data is accurate, reliable and handled in line with privacy, consent and governance requirements.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and provide guidance on integration design and best practices.
• Explore opportunities to improve measurement across emerging channels, including AI-powered and conversational experiences.
