Just Digital People is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize data workflows supporting marketing and customer platforms. You will own end-to-end solutions, connecting data across systems, APIs and automation tools while maintaining data quality and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on building, troubleshooting and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and data transformation knowledge.
• Experience owning production data pipelines and integrations.
• Able to troubleshoot data quality and reliability issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines, system integrations and automated workflows.
• Manage data movement between platforms, including extraction, transformation, validation and enrichment.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, event triggers and platform-native tools.
• Write SQL queries to transform, validate and troubleshoot data.
• Develop workflow logic to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor production workflows and resolve failures and performance issues.
• Improve logging, alerting and error handling for reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation around integrations and data flows.
• Adhere to privacy, consent, security and data governance practices.
