Job summary

Resources Group is seeking a Market Research Manager to lead quantitative projects and advise clients on strategic insights. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and shape research design, analyses and recommendations across diverse sectors.

You’ll contribute to proposals, mentor junior researchers and expand your toolkit with evolving data sources and AI-driven insights. This hybrid role offers growth and a collaborative team culture within a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Proven agency-side research experience across quantitative and mixed-methods.
• Strong foundation in survey design, analysis and insight development.
• Comfort translating data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and mixed-method projects end to end.
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and objectives.
• Contribute to research design, proposals and strategic thinking.
• Analyse data using Q and/or SPSS.
• Turn findings into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Present back to clients and build strong account relationships.
• Support junior researchers.
