Qualifications

• 8+ years business services/tax experience in a public practice environment.
• Proven leadership with mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desire to progress towards partnership.
• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients, including larger, more complex entities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Deliver strategic tax advice and ad-hoc advisory projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small local team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
