Qualifications

• CA qualified or equivalent with strong technical experience across Business Services & Tax.
• Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director/Partner level experience.
• Strong track record managing senior client relationships and complex portfolios.
• Commercial, personable and confident working directly with business owners and high-net-worth clients.
• Leadership experience and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Genuine ambition to progress toward equity partnership.
• Background may be from a boutique, mid-tier or larger chartered firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a premium portfolio of active trading businesses, private clients and high-net-worth family groups.
• Oversee complex tax matters including Division 7A, trust distributions and CGT concessions relating to business and property transactions.
• Advise clients on structuring, tax planning and succession strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with clients as they transition from the retiring Directors.
• Lead, mentor and develop your own team within the firm's divisional structure.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and generate new fee growth.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and succession strategy of the firm.
