Agoda is looking for a Lead Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead Korea FI partnership strategy and execution. You will identify new opportunities, manage key strategic accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive performance across Agoda’s financial institution partnerships in Korea.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations to translate partner needs into clear requirements and deliver campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic partnerships or related commercial roles.
• Experience managing external partners and driving commercial outcomes.
• Experience with financial institutions, payment ecosystems, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, travel, fintech, or internet platforms is a strong plus.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of FI partners in Korea, building relationships and long-term alignment.
• Develop joint business plans to drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, brand visibility, and profitability.
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities, optimization levers, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Operations to launch and scale partnership initiatives.
