HCF is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk Reporting & Analytics to lead reporting and insights for Executive leadership and Board Committees. You will turn complex risk data into clear insights to support effective oversight and decision-making.
Within a regulated environment, you will collaborate across Risk, Legal & Compliance and other teams to ensure accurate reporting and to identify emerging trends and themes that shape enterprise priorities.

As the Senior Manager, Risk Reporting & Analytics, you'll lead the reporting and insights that help Executive leaders and Board Committees understand HCF's risk profile and focus on the areas that matter most.
The role goes beyond producing reports. It's about bringing information together, identifying emerging trends and themes, and turning complex risk data into clear insights that support effective oversight and decision-making.
Working closely with Risk, Legal & Compliance and teams across the broader business, you'll help ensure risk reporting is accurate, insightful and aligned with HCF's risk appetite, governance expectations and enterprise priorities.
The insights provided will help shape important conversations, giving leaders greater visibility of emerging themes, risk trends and areas requiring attention. There is also scope to improve reporting and analytics, strengthening the quality, consistency and usefulness of information provided to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

You're a strong analytical thinker with experience in risk reporting, risk analytics, governance or enterprise risk management within a regulated environment.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, you can turn complex data into meaningful insights, challenge constructively and communicate clearly. Most importantly, you enjoy connecting the dots and using information to support better decision-making.
