Job summary

Valmar Support Services is seeking a Senior Manager Quality Compliance and People to lead integrated quality, compliance and risk frameworks across NDIS and Aged Care standards in Australia.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits and incident management, and educate staff to foster a culture of safety and excellence while reporting to the Board and coordinating with teams to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of solution-based risk and incident management in Aged Care/Disability settings and compliance with codes of practice.
• Proven leadership and ability to build a collaborative team culture.
• Familiarity with industry management systems and professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for organisation-wide quality assurance and compliance.
• Manage compliance, risk, and incident reporting and governance.
• Develop and facilitate continuous improvement strategies across services.
• Oversee audits and risk assessments, and lead corrective actions.
• Educate staff on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; report to management and Board.
