Lead service delivery, build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement while ensuring funding compliance and quality outcomes.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, report to senior leadership, and champion an inclusive, values-led culture in a large community organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualifications in relevant professional discipline.
• Leadership development program, such as A2E Lead, is desirable.
• Completion of a recognised leadership development program.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and improve operational performance.
• Develop high-performing teams across Gippsland and ensure funding/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate across Morwell and Sale sites and support continuous improvement.
