Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in social work, psychology, social science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the child, youth and family welfare field.
• Demonstrated experience in supervision and mentoring of staff, and proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Sound understanding of family and parenting issues, especially in protective contexts.

Responsibilities

• As Team Leader, provide leadership, supervision and support to a team of Family Services Practitioners.
• Work closely with the Children, Youth and Families Manager to lead delivery and development of high quality family services.
