Job summary

HUB24 Limited in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Enablement to shape a scalable, data-driven marketing operating model. You will lead governance frameworks, optimise processes, and embed AI and automation across Marketing, Sales, Technology and Data.

The role requires experience in marketing operations, business transformation, or operational excellence within tech/SaaS/high-growth, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketing operations or operational excellence.
• Proven track record designing scalable operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong experience with marketing technology platforms and data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success embedding AI solutions and driving adoption.

• Lead the evolution of HUB24's marketing operating model, governance frameworks and ways of working.
• Map, redesign and optimise end-to-end marketing and communications processes.
