As the Senior Manager Insights, you will lead a team of Insights Analysts to deliver high-impact market research, analytics and actionable insights that support outstanding student experiences, informed decision-making and organisational performance across the University. Partnering with stakeholders across faculties and portfolios, you will identify opportunities to apply market research and analytics to complex challenges, translate data into meaningful recommendations, and build a strong culture of evidence-based decision-making. You will play a key leadership role, developing team capability, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, driving innovation in research and analytics practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful insights.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
Your employment is conditional upon the successful completion of all pre-employment or background checks required for the role in satisfactory manner to the University.
