Job summary

Your new role

As the Senior Manager, ICT Operations, you will provide end-to-end leadership of ICT operational services, overseeing infrastructure, service delivery, enterprise technology and field services teams. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be responsible for service performance, operational governance, vendor management, risk management and workforce capability. You will ensure ICT services operate as a cohesive, high-performing function while providing strategic operational leadership across change management, service continuity, disaster recovery and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also act as a key escalation point for critical operational matters and provide leadership continuity when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading ICT operations within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure, service delivery and operational support functions.
• Deep understanding of enterprise ICT environments and service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience managing operational risk, incident management, service continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Strong vendor and commercial management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Relevant ICT qualifications and industry certifications will be highly regarded.
