  • Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

Enterprise Infrastructure Lead Infrastructure Services Adelaide 2 Year Fixed Term Contract | Strong Extension Potential

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Lead to join a major technology transformation supporting the establishment of a new enterprise IT operating model.

This senior operational leadership role is focused on service ownership across a complex infrastructure environment, ensuring operational excellence as the organisation transitions into business as usual operations.

This is not a project delivery role. Instead, you'll provide operational leadership, manage key technology vendors and take ownership of the ongoing performance and support of critical infrastructure services.

The Role

You will take ownership of the organisation's infrastructure environment, partnering with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver stable, secure and high quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own operational delivery across network, cloud, server, storage, backup and recovery, end user computing, voice, print and Azure Entra environments
