Job summary

Perpetual Wealth is hiring a Senior Manager Financial Crime in a hybrid role based from Sydney or Melbourne. You will own and elevate the Line 2 AML/CTF framework and governance, oversee FATCA/CRS programs, and provide independent challenge on financial crime controls across the enterprise.

You should bring 8–10+ years in financial crime, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience engaging senior governance forums.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF obligations and AUSTRAC expectations.
• Experience owning or uplifting Line 2 compliance frameworks and policies.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Line 2 AML/CTF compliance framework, policies and governance.
• Lead independent Line 2 oversight of money laundering, sanctions and other financial crime risks.
• Oversee FATCA and CRS governance, due diligence and reporting oversight.
• Provide expert advice on customers, products and business changes.
