Job summary

Auto & General Australia is hiring a Senior Manager, Conversational AI to lead the newly formed team, shaping strategy, development and implementation of agentic AI solutions for customers and third parties, aligned with our Genesys Cloud roadmap and compliance standards.

You will mentor a cross-functional team, oversee end-to-end lifecycles from ideation to deployment, and collaborate with Sales, IT, Data & Analytics, and Compliance to drive measurable improvements through data-driven KPIs.

• Proven leadership in tech/product teams.
• Experience delivering AI/automation strategies in an enterprise.
• Strong track record in customer-facing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversational AI strategy aligned with customer experience vision.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI designers and specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance in Genesys Cloud environment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, IT, Data & Analytics, and Compliance for alignment and governance.
