Job summary

Auto & General is seeking a Conversational AI Technical Specialist to design, develop, integrate and maintain scalable AI solutions within the Genesys Cloud environment and other platforms. You will translate conversational designs into technical reality, building AI models and systems that power agent capabilities.

You will design and implement AI models, integrate with internal systems via APIs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a software development or technical specialist role with significant focus on AI, ML or NLP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Customer/Third Party Conversational AI models.
• Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Cloud, CRM, Datalakes and other internal systems via APIs.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with AI Designers to translate user needs into technical specs.
