Job summary

Automic Group is recruiting a Senior Delivery Lead – AI to coordinate end-to-end AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives across our product and technology pipeline. You will guide initiatives from discovery through production, balancing experimentation with delivery discipline and responsible AI practices.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams and aligning with senior stakeholders, delivering secure, scalable, production-ready solutions in a hybrid arrangement across Sydney, Melbourne

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex technology delivery across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI and data-intensive solutions.
• Strong program, project and agile delivery-management capability.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data and Security.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of AI and software delivery lifecycles, cloud platforms and data management.
• Understanding of AI delivery risks including privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives from discovery to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and operations.
• Manage scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Establish success measures and evidence for progressing AI capabilities.
• Coordinate AI evaluation, security, privacy, and responsible AI activities.
• Build collaborative, accountable teams with delivery discipline and quality.
• Support business adoption and benefits realisation by integrating AI capabilities into workflows.
