Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior leader to head the Enablement team within the Workplaces division. Reporting to the Director Workplace Contracts, you will oversee governance, systems and process controls across the lifecycle of contracts.

You'll lead contract administration and risk professionals, drive value-for-money outcomes, ensure alignment with Transport Frameworks, and build capability across teams while managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in contract management or commercial enablement within a large or complex organisation, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms, and knowledge of procurement, governance policies and frameworks.
• Experience leading teams and building capability with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance governance with operational outcomes and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enablement team and oversee frameworks, systems and governance for the contract lifecycle in the Workplaces branch.
• Ensure high-quality contract administration, governance, assurance and reporting across a diverse portfolio of workplace service contracts.
• Drive operational efficiency and value-for-money through governance, data insights and process improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner integrating business needs into commercial operating practices while ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build capability and consistent practices.
