Charterhouse Geelong seeks an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio, delivering accounting, taxation and business advisory services under the Director's guidance.

This role offers a pathway to senior leadership or partnership, with flexible hours, work-from-home options, and relocation support for the right candidate. You will mentor a small team and help drive growth and strategy.

Qualificações

• 10+ years' Australian Public Practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Confident managing clients and people.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
• Interested in a pathway towards senior leadership or partnership.
