Job summary

Charterhouse in Geelong is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join a growing boutique accounting firm. You will oversee a diverse client portfolio, provide accounting, taxation and business advisory services, and work closely with the Director on growth.

This role offers a clear pathway to leadership or partnership, flexible hours and WFH options, relocation support, and a genuine chance to make an impact within a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ Australian Public Practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Confident managing clients and people.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
• Interested in a pathway towards senior leadership or partnership.
